I absolutely loved my apartment and will definitely recommend this community to others. Shaina, Sasha and the rest of this community were so professional and hospitable. Very safe, well-maintained, very responsive apartment management, a street away from Fresh Pond mall. Couldn't be a better experience.

We lived at Park87 for 4 years and loved it, especially the last two years with new management.  Great location - across from Danehy Park, you can see downtown Boston and watch the fireworks from afar, walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, Apple Cinema, Alewife T (red line).  The grounds are well kept, it's very pet friendly and the pet owners are friendly too.  There's a communal garden in the back.  We moved because of a new job which made a poor commute, otherwise we'd still be there.  Special thanks to David and Bobby for taking care of our every need.  We miss living there!
